Our kitchen is in Nieuwerkerk aan den IJssel. From there we cook just as easily in Capelle aan den IJssel, Zevenhuizen, Moordrecht, Waddinxveen, Gouda and Zoetermeer. You will also find us regularly in Rotterdam, The Hague and Utrecht. Fine dining at home, a walking dinner on location or bites for a party: everything comes from our own kitchen.

We are Staschja and Philippe, in other words: Ginger & Garlic

We started our own catering company from a passion for good food and hospitality. We love thinking along about what suits your special moment. We do fine dining in an intimate setting, walking dinners for groups, and sharing boards and finger food for parties.

We have a soft spot for the Asian (ginger) and Mediterranean (garlic) kitchens, but we are happy to talk about your wishes. Curious what is possible? Request a quote, there is always something to celebrate!
