How many bites per person do you recommend?
For a two-hour reception: four to five per person. If it replaces dinner, count on eight to ten.
Do you deliver, or do you come and serve?
Both. We can drop everything off at your location, and then you set it out and pass it round yourself. Or we stay, and we serve the bites once the party is under way.
