What does catering cost per person?
Fine dining from €79.50 p.p. for four courses, a walking dinner from €42.50 p.p. for five courses, bites from €4.25 apiece and sharing boards from €50 each. Buffets we make on request only. The exact price depends on the menu, the number of guests and service; the quote itemises everything per line, with the correct VAT rate.
Which region do you work in?
We are based in Nieuwerkerk aan den IJssel and travel up to about 75 minutes. Close by that means Capelle aan den IJssel, Zevenhuizen, Moordrecht, Waddinxveen and Gouda; further out Rotterdam, Zoetermeer, The Hague, Breda and Utrecht. Further away? Just ask and we will talk it through; travel costs are simply listed in the quote.
From how many guests can we book?
Fine dining from 6 guests (a smaller party by arrangement), drinks and bites from 10 and walking dinners from 15. Just below the mark? Simply ask.
Do you also do buffets?
Yes, we do serve buffets, but only on special request and from 50 guests. Get in touch if you are interested and we will gladly help you further.
How do you handle allergies and dietary wishes?
Let us know at least two weeks in advance which allergies and diets to expect, and we adapt dishes properly. Information about allergens is always available.
Do you also cook vegetarian?
Yes, we cook vegetarian often. If you choose dishes with meat or fish for the whole group, we always prepare an equally good dish for the vegetarians, plated with the same care. Other diets and allergies are possible on request as well.
When do you need the final guest count?
We would like an indication two weeks ahead; small changes are fine up to a week before.
How do deposits and cancellations work?
Upon agreement we ask for a deposit. Cancellation follows a scale: the earlier, the less you pay. The exact terms are in every quote.
Do you work for businesses too?
Yes: office drinks, client dinners, staff parties, Christmas drinks and business lunches. Payment by invoice is standard, and the quote is itemised per VAT rate. See corporate catering.
Do you also provide drinks and service?
Yes, both. From wine pairings to a full bar, and from one host to a whole team. We advise what is needed, and no more than that.
